Live option chain
A real-time NSE option chain for the indices and every F&O stock — strike-wise LTP, live open interest, IV, PCR and max pain, streamed from your own Zerodha account. No market-data subscription, read-only, login expires daily.
Connect your Zerodha account for a live chain
The live option chain streams from your own Zerodha account, so the real-time data is licensed to you — no separate market-data subscription needed. You just need a Zerodha trading account. We never see your password and never place orders; we only read quotes, and your login expires automatically each day.
Don't have Zerodha? Use the free end-of-day option chain — same strikes, OI, PCR and max pain, refreshed after market close.
How the live chain works
StocksWizard is a static site with no market-data licence of its own, so a publicly broadcast real-time feed would need an expensive exchange redistribution licence. Instead, this chain uses the per-user broker model: you connect your own Zerodha account, and the live quotes are read from your broker session. The data licence sits with you — the same approach platforms like Sensibull use — which is what makes a free, real-time chain possible and compliant.
Frequently asked questions
How is this option chain live and free?
It streams from your own Zerodha account. You connect once with Zerodha's secure login, and StocksWizard reads live quotes (LTP, open interest, volume) for the chain you're viewing. Because you're reading your own broker's feed, the real-time data is licensed to you — there is no separate market-data fee to us.
Do I need to pay for market data?
No. You only need a Zerodha trading account. We don't charge for the live chain and you don't buy a separate data subscription — the live feed comes through your broker login, which is what makes it legal to show in real time.
Is my account safe? Can you place trades?
We never see your Zerodha password — you log in on Zerodha's own page. Our access is read-only quotes for the session, we never place or modify orders, and your login expires automatically every day so you re-connect each session.
What does 'Δ OI' mean here?
It's the change in open interest since you opened the chain. A broker quote carries the current OI but not the previous day's close, so we baseline OI when the page loads and show the live build-up or unwind from there. PCR and max pain are computed across the full chain.
I don't use Zerodha — can I still see the chain?
Yes — the free end-of-day option chain shows the same strikes, OI, PCR and max pain, refreshed after market close, with no login. Support for more brokers (Dhan, Upstox) is planned.
